how to master time

Prepare the evening before.


• Clothes.

Get up 15 minutes earlier.

Don’t rely on memory.

• Write appointments and due dates in planners or posted notes!

Schedule a realistic day.

Leave room in your day for the unexpected.

Do one thing at a time.

Allow yourself to let things slide occasionally.

• Not too often.

Learn to say no!

• You don’t have to go to every social event.

Get enough sleep.

• You’ll perform better.
